（2019年6月21日，/HRoot.com/）近日，澳大利亚在线招聘集团SEEK发布的最新就业报告显示，与2018年5月相比，2019年5月澳大利亚广告招聘减少了6.5％。与此同时，澳大利亚所发布职位的平均广告薪酬同比增长了3.4％。

报告中，教育培训行业的招聘广告增长率同比增长13.7％。其次是医疗保健（7.8％）、矿业资源和能源（5.3％）以及科学技术（0.3％）。

在各州中，澳大利亚首都直辖区的增长率仅为12.9％，而其他州的招聘广告数量均呈下降趋势。

同时，SEEK的报告还显示所有州发布职位的平均广告薪酬增长，其中，塔斯马尼亚州（5.8％），西澳大利亚州（4.3％）和昆士兰州（3.8％）领先。

(Jun.21, 2019, /staffingindustry.com/)Australian job board SEEK’s latest employment report showed a decline of 6.5% in jobs advertised in May 2019 compared to May 2018. At the same time, the average advertised salary across Australia increased by 3.4% year-on-year.

The Education and Training industry led job ads growth with a year-on-year increase of 13.7%. This was followed by Healthcare and Medical (7.8%), Mining Resources & Energy (5.3%), and Science and Technology (0.3%).

Among the states, the Australian Capital Territory showed the only growth with an increase of 12.9%, while all other states showed a decline in job ad volume.

Meanwhile, SEEK’s report also showed growth in salaries across all states, with Tasmania (5.8%), Western Australia (4.3%) and Queensland (3.8%) leading the way.

“As Australian businesses work through the outcomes of the Federal election and set their 2020 financial year budgets, it will be interesting to see which industry groups commit to new headcount,” Kendra Banks, Managing Director, SEEK ANZ, said. “Our data is showing strong growth across Education & Training and Healthcare & Medical sectors, and we will watch these sectors closely as we head into what is traditionally the busiest recruitment period of the year.”
